We want you to enjoy your purchase from WOKE BEAUTY. If you have an issue, this policy explains what can be done.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

• You received a damaged or leaking product

• You received the wrong product

• The product is expired

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or opened products

• Products without original packaging

• Personal-care products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

• “Change of mind” after delivery

2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within [3–7 days] of delivery by emailing info@wokebeauty.in with order details and images.

3. Inspection

Once the product is returned, we will inspect it. Approval or rejection will be communicated.

4. Refunds

After approval, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within [5–10 business days]. Bank and payment gateway timelines may apply.

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed and will fall under return policy.

6. Replacement

Where stock is available, replacements may be offered instead of refunds.
